Consumer Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Consumer Finance Manager to lead the development and execution of our consumer finance products. The role combines financial expertise with a deep understanding of customer behavior to drive growth, profitability, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and manage consumer finance products and strategies to increase market penetration.
• Analyse market trends, customer data and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and product teams to create and promote innovative financial solutions.
• Lead and develop the consumer finance team, aligning objectives with overall business goals.
• Monitor portfolio performance, manage risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive customer‑centric initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain relationships with external partners such as banks and financial institutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer finance, retail banking or a similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of consumer financial products and risk‑management principles.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving capabilities.
