Content and Communications Manager, Medical Services

About the role

The Content and Communications Manager for Medical Services will lead the creation and delivery of high‑quality content across external and internal audiences. This role blends content marketing, social media, and internal communications to boost brand awareness, generate sales leads, and support employee engagement and change initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Produce long‑ and short‑form external content such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, thought‑leadership articles, email campaigns and webinar presentations aligned with Medical Services propositions.
• Ensure web content supports campaign objectives, SEO and GEO strategy, and effective lead capture.
• Plan, create and manage LinkedIn and Viva Engage social media content, growing audience reach and thought‑leadership positioning.
• Operate and optimise email marketing platforms (Eloqua, ContactMonkey) and internal channels (SharePoint, Viva Engage).
• Maintain an integrated editorial calendar, templates and style guides in line with International SOS brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with medical subject‑matter experts to translate technical expertise into accessible, compelling content for both internal and external audiences.

Required profile

• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling ability across various content formats.
• Proven experience in content marketing, corporate communications or integrated marketing communications targeting B2B audiences.
• Hands‑on experience with digital marketing and internal communication channels in fast‑paced, multicultural environments.
• Strong command of English; additional languages such as French, Arabic or Portuguese are a plus.
