Content & Creative Strategist

About the role

Grip Studio is seeking an experienced Content & Creative Strategist to develop and execute content strategies for multiple client brands. The role combines content planning, creative concept development, copywriting and basic content creation, with regular client interaction and occasional on‑site meetings and shoots.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly social media calendars, content pillars and campaign ideas aligned with client objectives and brand positioning.
• Create original concepts for static posts, carousels, Stories, Reels and TikToks, and prepare clear briefs for the creative team.
• Write and proofread captions, headlines and short‑form video scripts, adapting tone and format for each platform.
• Produce everyday social assets using Canva and adapt existing creatives for various formats.
• Assist in planning and executing content shoots, including shot lists, props and on‑site direction.
• Present content plans and creative concepts to clients, gather feedback and manage approvals.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in social media, content or digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social media calendars, campaigns and content concepts.
• Excellent copywriting, presentation and communication skills in English; French is a plus.
• Proactive, organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Canva.
• Practical knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Snapchat.
