Contract Specialist

About the role

Accenture’s Global Legal Network is seeking a Contract Specialist to support contract management across multiple projects, accounts, and geographies. The role is client‑facing and works closely with account management, sales, delivery, and legal teams to ensure contracts are negotiated, drafted, and managed efficiently while mitigating commercial risk.

Key responsibilities

• Support contract management teams across projects and accounts, aligning with client needs, priorities, and account strategies.
• Collaborate with contract management staff worldwide to ensure consistent processes and high‑quality deliverables.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve commercial and contract risks in partnership with project and contract managers.
• Assist pre‑award sales activities, shaping deals and providing contract drafting support for sales and business teams.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client counterparts as a primary point of contact for contract matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Member of the World Commerce and Contracting organization.
• Ability to analyze and solve moderately complex problems with guidance.
• Strong communication skills for client‑facing interactions and cross‑functional collaboration.
