Coordinating Nurse – Assistance

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Assistance Team in Mauritius. In this role you will provide high‑quality medical support and case management for travelers abroad, working closely with doctors, operations teams and global assistance centres.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and manage medical cases for travelers experiencing illness or injury overseas.
• Provide clinical advice and coordinate appropriate medical support.
• Liaise with treating physicians and global assistance centres.
• Coordinate medical evacuations and repatriations when required.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all cases.
• Deliver exceptional service to clients while maintaining clinical excellence.

Required profile

• Registered General Nurse qualification.
• Experience in acute care, ICU, or emergency medicine.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
