About the role
We are seeking a senior‑level Officer 3 to provide comprehensive corporate secretarial and administration services across a range of portfolio complexities. The role operates with minimal supervision, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and strict compliance with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and manage corporate governance documentation, including board and general meeting agendas, minutes, resolutions, powers of attorney, and statutory filings.
- Conduct compliance reviews and risk assessments such as client due diligence verification, bad‑press checks, PEP identification, and serviced entity risk rating evaluations.
- Process complex corporate transactions, including loan agreements, capital contributions, share distributions, dividend allocations, UBO identification, and bank account management.
- Support regulatory and administrative functions, including statutory changes, liquidation procedures, bank signatory updates, and periodic bank file reviews.
- Review and quality‑assure client files, CDD worksheets, compliance checks, and secretarial deliverables to ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence.
Required profile
- University degree or relevant professional qualification.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in corporate administration and secretarial matters.
