About the role
The Corporate Administrator will support the day‑to‑day management of a diverse portfolio of corporate structures, ensuring compliance with anti‑money‑laundering (AML) regulations and internal policies. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high‑quality administrative services.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily administration of corporate structures, maintaining accurate records in line with legal and internal requirements.
- Coordinate and convene directors’ and shareholders’ meetings, preparing board papers and related documentation.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client’s specific needs and regulatory obligations.
- Assist with AML compliance, customer due diligence and other regulatory tasks.
- Support team members, coordinate work, and ensure deliverables are accurate and timely.
- Continuously improve knowledge of corporate administration, company mechanics, and complex regulatory issues.
Required profile
- 0‑2+ years of experience in a global business environment.
- Undergraduate degree in a related field or ACCA/ICSA qualification (partially qualified candidates considered).
- Strong client‑service mindset with excellent written and spoken communication.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Organised, goal‑oriented team player with strong interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
