Corporate Manager

About the role

The Corporate Manager will lead the accounting function for corporate structures, ensuring accuracy, compliance and alignment with the group’s strategic objectives. This senior position reports to senior leadership and works closely with operations, product and risk teams across the global organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of accounting for corporate entities, ensuring compliance with constitutions, accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain full adherence to the prevailing control environment and act as escalation point for technical accounting and tax queries.
• Develop and improve operating processes and procedures, driving continuous improvement.
• Lead risk, cost and control initiatives and translate group strategy into operational plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing timely communication and support.
• Coach and develop direct reports and other team members, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Champion diversity and talent development within the management team.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks that could impact service delivery.

Required profile

• Significant experience in corporate accounting, tax and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership ability with experience managing cross‑functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Track record of driving process improvement and risk management initiatives.
