Country Partner & CXO

About the role

This is a founding leadership opportunity — not a typical job posting. We are looking for our Country Head / Country Partner in select markets who will be our primary point of contact for all business, partnerships, and operations in their country.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategy for the country.
• Generate leads, conduct outreach and close deals with local clients and audit firms.
• Onboard new clients and manage ongoing relationships.
• Handle financial planning, pricing decisions and discount approvals.
• Engage partners and channels within the local cybersecurity and audit ecosystem.
• Oversee all business and operational activities in the country.
• Expand the team, hire staff and establish a physical office as the business grows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT audit, cybersecurity, GRC, compliance or SaaS advisory.
• Strong network within the audit, compliance or regulated industry ecosystem in the country.
• Experience communicating with CXO‑level or senior management stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable in an early‑stage, high‑growth environment.
• Advanced degree in business, technology, management or related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 27001 framework.
• Knowledge of SOC 2 framework.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF framework.
• Knowledge of GDPR and DPDP regulations.
