Court Monitor – Full Time

About the role

Momentum Leisure is hiring a full-time Court Monitor for its upcoming entertainment park at Bagatelle Mall, aimed at kids and young people. The role supervises activity areas, promotes safety and a fun guest experience, and works on a shift/roster system with weekend and public holiday work.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the assigned activity area as directed by the Court Supervisor, upholding park rules and following company regulations.
• Report maintenance issues immediately to the Court Supervisor and keep the park exceptionally clean.
• Monitor guests whose behaviour may pose a risk, reiterate the safety policy and act as first point of contact for accidents or incidents.
• Interact warmly with every guest, work considerately with children (never alone) and guests with physical or mental disabilities, and stay fit enough to move around the park and stabilise on trampolines when needed.
• Act as Company Ambassador and help lead the park's local community engagement programme.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a leisure, hospitality or entertainment environment, including a fast-paced customer-facing operation.
• Communication skills, calm under pressure, energetic and detail-oriented; passion for customer service.
• Experience working with children and youngsters is an advantage.
