About the role
Rank Interactive is seeking a proactive, data‑driven CRM Executive to design, execute and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that engage and retain customers across email, SMS, push notifications, social and direct mail. You will work closely with the CRM Manager and regional marketing teams to keep the customer at the heart of every communication.
Key responsibilities
- Build, implement and launch Email, SMS, Inbox Message, Push Notification, Facebook and Direct Mail campaigns.
- Develop and manage lifecycle journeys such as welcome, decliner, birthday and re‑activation flows.
- Create a structured test‑and‑learn framework to continuously improve offers, creative, segmentation and performance.
- Map and document automated customer journeys to ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain high quality standards through QA processes and A/B testing.
- Analyse weekly campaign performance in Power BI and Adobe Campaign and provide actionable insights.
- Use customer data to personalise communications and improve targeting.
- Collaborate with Planning Managers and Marketing teams to define automation strategies.
