Customer Success Manager

About the role

The Customer Success Manager at Parallels drives retention, expansion, and long‑term success for strategic mid‑market customers across EMEA and APAC. You will own the full renewal lifecycle, ensure measurable business value, and build trusted advisor relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of EMEA & APAC customers, lead renewals and maintain accurate revenue forecasts.
• Develop and execute Success Plans tied to customer objectives and lifecycle milestones.
• Deliver periodic touchpoints and Business Reviews to demonstrate impact and align on priorities.
• Monitor product usage, mitigate churn risk, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate with channel partners, marketing, and product teams on adoption and growth initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years in post‑sale Customer Success or Account Management within B2B SaaS.
• Experience with high‑value renewals, expansion revenue, and contract negotiations.
• Analytic mindset with ability to analyze data and define actions.
• Familiarity with channel or partner‑led sales models.

Required skills

• Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Practical experience with Remote Desktop Services, Citrix, and/or VMWare.
