Customer Support Technical Specialist II

About the role

Dayforce is looking for a Customer Support Technical Specialist II to join its fast‑paced call centre. You will handle inbound calls and emails, assisting customers with complex payroll questions and ensuring a high level of service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Answer high‑volume inbound calls and emails from multiple queues.
• Build rapport with customers using courteous, professional communication.
• Utilise decision‑support software to resolve service inquiries.
• Explain resolutions clearly and provide ongoing education to users.
• Navigate and document actions in computerized data‑entry systems accurately.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong telephone etiquette and computer literacy.
• Ability to handle escalated or difficult situations with empathy.
• Excellent oral and written English and French communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts and holidays.
• Analytical mindset with good time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
