Customer Value Manager (CVM)

About the role

The Customer Value Manager will lead the optimisation of subscriber acquisition, retention and profitability for Canal+ Mauritius. You will analyse the full subscriber lifecycle, design targeted CRM actions and work closely with sales, marketing and service teams to maximise customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse subscriber data across acquisition, engagement, usage, churn and re‑activation to segment the portfolio by value and growth potential.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as ARPU, churn, retention rate and customer satisfaction.
• Define, implement and manage CRM and relationship‑marketing campaigns for upsell, cross‑sell and retention.
• Measure the impact of initiatives, build predictive models for offer evolution and provide ROI‑focused business recommendations.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, distribution and customer service to ensure consistent commercial strategy.
• Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities and threats.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in subscription marketing, CRM or customer value management, preferably in telecom or media.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools and campaign‑management platforms.
• Data analysis and visualization using SQL, Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of customer performance metrics such as CLV, churn and retention.
