Customer Value Manager

About the role

The Customer Value Manager will lead the strategy to maximise subscriber value for CANAL+ Mauritius, driving acquisition, retention and profitability across the subscriber lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse the subscriber base, segment portfolios and monitor KPIs such as ARPU, churn, retention and usage.
• Design and execute CRM and relationship‑marketing actions (upsell, cross‑sell, retention) and measure their impact.
• Provide performance analysis, build predictive models for offer evolution and recommend ROI‑focused improvements.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, distribution and customer service to align commercial strategy.
• Conduct competitive and market monitoring to adapt customer‑value strategies.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in management, marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in marketing, customer service or subscription‑based businesses, preferably telecom/media.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
• Fluent English and excellent interpersonal skills for cross‑functional work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools and campaign‑management platforms.
• Data‑analysis skills using SQL, Power BI or Tableau.
• Deep knowledge of customer performance indicators (CLV, churn, retention).
