Customs Data Entry Clerk 24/7

About the role

The Customs Data Entry Clerk will ensure accurate and timely entry of customs‑related information into both internal and external systems. You will support the declaration process, maintain data integrity and work closely with declarants and operational teams in a fast‑paced, 24/7 environment.

Key responsibilities

• Enter customs declaration data accurately into multiple systems.
• Verify customer and internal information for completeness and correctness.
• Process customs documentation according to established procedures and deadlines.
• Maintain and update records related to shipments and declarations.
• Identify and resolve missing or inconsistent information by liaising with declarants and operational teams.
• Monitor workflows, flag issues that could affect service delivery and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Secondary education or higher; logistics, international trade or administration studies are a plus.
• Previous experience in data entry, customs, logistics or supply‑chain operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data while maintaining quality.
• Good organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and maintain high integrity.

Required skills

• Data entry proficiency.
• Familiarity with customs or trade‑related software systems.
• Basic knowledge of customs procedures and international trade documentation.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
