Data Analyst – KIID Assembly

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Data Analyst to join its KIID Assembly team. You will support clients in the investment fund industry by preparing and delivering key regulatory documents while working with cutting‑edge digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and produce regulatory documents such as UCITS KIID, PRIIPS KID, EPT, EMT and EET.
• Collaborate with the Kid Factory team to ensure high‑quality service delivery and maintain strong client relationships.
• Maintain the accuracy of internal platforms, reflecting client requirements and legal constraints.
• Monitor production cycles, troubleshoot issues and contribute to continuous digital improvements.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Business Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in the investment fund industry and familiarity with UCITS, AIFMD, KIID and PRIIPS regulations.
• Strong analytical mindset with a pragmatic approach to problem‑solving.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Enthusiasm for technology and willingness to learn new digital tools.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency (VBA knowledge is a plus).
• Database management experience.
