Data Analyst – Process Improvement & Digitalization

About the role

Stevenhills Ltd is looking for a proactive Data Analyst to join its Process Improvement & Digitalization Department. The role will support data‑driven decision making, business process improvement and digital transformation across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyze and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Develop reports, dashboards and data visualizations to support business decisions.
• Identify trends, patterns and opportunities for operational improvements.
• Support departments in process improvement initiatives to increase revenue and reduce costs.
• Compile and validate data from databases, spreadsheets and reporting systems.
• Deliver analytical insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Maintain data quality, integrity and confidentiality.
• Assist with digitalization and automation initiatives across the business.
• Support in‑house software development and reporting projects.
• Train and guide colleagues in data analysis and process improvement techniques.
• Conduct quality checks and audits on reports and analysis.

Required profile

• Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting or Process Improvement.
