Delivery Operational Manager

About the role

The Delivery Operational Manager leads the deployment and integration of Webex and video solutions for French and international customers. You will oversee a dedicated implementation team, optimise delivery processes and act as the main point of contact for operational requirements and escalations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and improve Webex and video implementation activities, including onboarding, configuration and change management.
• Define and enforce delivery strategies, processes, tools and best‑practice guidelines.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high‑performing implementation team, fostering morale and productivity.
• Identify skill gaps, create development plans and drive change management within the team.
• Lead service‑improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency and address high‑risk areas.
• Provide regular reports on team performance, challenges and simplification opportunities.
• Serve as primary contact for operational requirements, escalations and stakeholder reviews.
• Oversee handover processes, ensuring quality controls and performance standards are met.
