Delivery & Project Lead (Scrum Master + Tech-Aware)

About the role

We are looking for a Delivery & Project Lead who will act as Scrum Master and bridge the gap between our CEO, sales, product and engineering teams. Based in Tharangambadi with a hybrid work model, you will drive agile delivery for ERP and product initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Run agile ceremonies: daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and demos.
• Own delivery timelines, proactively remove blockers and ensure on‑time releases.
• Communicate clearly between CEO, sales, product and engineering.
• Coach the team on productivity, ownership and accountability.
• Track KPIs such as sprint velocity, quality and release rhythm.
• Create and maintain playbooks for internal and customer‑facing delivery processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in project or delivery management, preferably with ERP or product teams.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Tech PM or Delivery Manager.
• Comfortable coaching junior and fresh talent.
• Strong English communication skills; Tamil is a plus.
• Ability to work with agile tools such as Trello, GitHub Projects or Frappe Desk.
