Depositary Administrator

About the role

The Depositary Administrator will support the Assistant Depositary Managers in delivering high‑quality depositary services for regulated investment funds under the AIFMD framework. Working in a hybrid setting, the role ensures timely completion of depositary activities and adherence to reporting deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash flows of fund bank accounts, download movements, load them into DEPOcheck, and prepare reports for manager review.
• Review fund valuations and accounts for NAV oversight, ensuring accuracy and compliance with fund documentation.
• Maintain asset registers and verify fund ownership of assets.
• Collaborate with colleagues, other JTC departments, and client staff to meet regulatory obligations and identify improvements.
• Support team workflow, mandatory training, and uphold departmental standards.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in depositary or fund administration.
• Knowledge of UCITS and AIFMD regulations.
• Fluent business English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, able to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
