Developer

About the role

Kudoo Technologies Ltd, an Odoo Partner based in Mauritius, is looking for a Developer to join its ERP implementation team. You will work closely with management, clients and internal departments to translate business needs into technical solutions within the Odoo ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define end‑user requirements.
• Design, develop and test integrated applications following Odoo conventions and design standards.
• Analyze, diagnose and resolve application errors and bugs.
• Develop and maintain APIs, client‑side and server‑side architecture.
• Create and manage PostgreSQL databases and ensure data security.
• Provide technical support and documentation for custom solutions.
• Work with development teams to ideate and implement software solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in software design and development.
• Strong analytical abilities and capacity to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (French is a plus).
• Detail‑oriented, adaptable, proactive and able to work in a multicultural environment.
