Digital & Marketing Coordinator

About the role

Mathieu Opticien is seeking a creative and organised Digital & Marketing Coordinator to strengthen its online presence. You will be responsible for producing engaging content, managing social channels and supporting digital campaigns across the brand’s retail network.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Maintain content calendars and assist with the execution of digital campaigns.
• Design visuals, videos, reels and other marketing assets using Canva and Adobe tools.
• Write copy for social media, website pages, email newsletters and promotional material.
• Support paid advertising efforts (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and analyse performance metrics.
• Update website content and coordinate online promotions.
• Assist with CRM/email campaigns and customer communications.
• Contribute to marketing events, activations and the production of printed materials.
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, agencies and partners.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within retail or e‑commerce.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and current digital trends.
• Excellent written communication and copy‑writing abilities.
