About the role

ABZ Group, the largest internet group in Mauritius behind platforms such as Deals.mu, Otayo, Mauritius Attractions and Restaurants.mu, is hiring a Digital Marketing Executive. The role sits in a creative, performance-focused team and covers research, social media management, campaign execution and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market and consumer research to guide digital strategies
• Manage and grow social media platforms, blogs and websites
• Analyse website traffic and performance metrics to inform marketing tactics
• Support and execute digital campaigns across multiple channels
• Optimise campaigns for engagement, reach and conversion
• Create fresh, bold content and ideas
• Provide reporting and insights to support data-driven decisions

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or equivalent
• Passion for marketing, eagerness to learn and willingness to grow
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to manage time well in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Experience with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Excel and Meta Ads Manager
• Familiarity with managing social media and online advertising
• Strong communication and presentation skills
