Digital Marketing Specialist – Community & Multi-Channel

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Curepipe. The role will own client campaigns, community management and multi‑channel marketing initiatives, requiring strategic thinking and hands‑on execution across a range of digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all channels.
• Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns using a full spectrum of digital tools and platforms.
• Manage end‑to‑end digital marketing projects from conception to analysis.
• Create, manage and moderate brand communities on Facebook Groups and Reddit, building engaged online audiences.
• Develop community guidelines, monitor conversations, respond to inquiries and identify brand advocates.
• Manage multiple social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram) and create compelling content.
• Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools, analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies.
• Design visuals with Canva or Adobe Illustrator and write persuasive copy for digital channels.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
• Implement SEO strategies, conduct keyword research and manage SEA campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).
• Track KPIs, generate performance reports and present data‑driven recommendations to clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community management.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and spoken).
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Understanding of Mauritian Creole, French and English.
• Experience with AI‑powered marketing tools.
• Relevant certifications such as Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint (preferred).
