Digital Marketing Specialist – Drive Brand Engagement

About the role

CARET Communication is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to boost brand visibility and foster meaningful connections with consumers. You will lead digital initiatives across multiple channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and measurable performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Plan, launch and manage multi‑channel campaigns (paid, organic, owned media) and coordinate promotions.
• Oversee content creation for social media, websites and digital ads, managing calendars and community engagement.
• Manage and optimise paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms, monitoring budgets, bids and creatives.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to enhance site performance.
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and produce actionable reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong background in social media and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience developing digital marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with content management systems.
• Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
