Driver & Messenger – Safe Transport & Logistics Support

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Driver/Messenger to provide safe transportation for our CEO and staff, handle dispatch tasks, and support the logistical needs of the organisation. The role also includes vehicle upkeep and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the CEO and other employees to designated locations as required.
• Deliver packages, documents, and perform banking transactions.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain company vehicles, ensuring they are road‑worthy.
• Record vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and travel logs accurately.
• Ensure timely renewal of insurance, road tax, and fitness certificates.
• Report incidents, accidents, or vehicle issues to HR and Administration.
• Assist with logistics for company events, including transport arrangements and setup.
• Provide backup support for facilities and office duties, including moving office property.
• Adhere to ISO27001:2022 physical security guidelines and be available for emergencies outside regular hours.

Required profile

• Minimum School Certificate (O‑Level) education.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar driver or messenger role.
• Valid manual driving licence.
• Physically fit and able to handle long driving hours.

Required skills

• Basic car maintenance knowledge.
• Defensive driving and road‑safety awareness.
