Endpoint Management Engineer (EUC)

About the role

Rank Interactive, the digital arm of The Rank Group, is looking for an Endpoint Management Engineer to join its global IT team. You will provide 2nd/3rd line support and manage endpoint technologies across a worldwide environment, ensuring a secure and seamless user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 2nd/3rd line technical support for end‑user devices and applications.
• Manage and maintain endpoint management platforms such as Intune, SCCM and JAMF.
• Deploy software, operating‑system updates, security patches and automate endpoint processes.
• Monitor device compliance, troubleshoot complex issues and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Support Windows, macOS, iOS, Android devices, printers and other IT hardware globally.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure a reliable, high‑quality user experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in 2nd/3rd line IT support or EUC engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Intune, SCCM, Endpoint Manager and JAMF.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS and Android.
• Understanding of patch management, software deployment, endpoint security and OS imaging.
• PowerShell scripting ability and solid reporting/data‑analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving capabilities.
