Entry-Level Private Wealth Accountant

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level Accountant to support private‑wealth accounting operations. Working under direct supervision, you will help maintain accurate financial records for trust and corporate structures while developing a solid foundation in wealth management accounting.

Key responsibilities

• Process basic bookkeeping entries and update accounting records.
• Prepare working papers, schedules and routine financial documentation.
• Assist with client administration, including monitoring mailboxes and gathering required documents.
• Follow compliance checklists, support year‑end processes and flag issues to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate financial records in line with established procedures.

Required profile

• Completed HSC with strong numerical skills; pursuing or holding ACCA, ACA, equivalent qualification or a degree.
• 0–1 year of internship or experience in private‑wealth management or trust administration (preferred).
• Fundamental understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational ability and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, collaborative team player with good communication skills.
