ERP/POS Implementation & Support Consultant

About the role

Join ProximaSoft Ltd as an ERP/POS Implementation & Support Consultant and help businesses transform their operations through digital solutions. You will work closely with clients to deploy ERP systems, integrate related modules such as accounting or payroll, and ensure users are confident and productive.

Key responsibilities

• Roll out ERP digital solutions for new clients, linking them with accounting, payroll and other modules.
• Train and support end‑users, providing hands‑on assistance and confidence building.
• Create clear user guides and process documentation that simplify complex workflows.
• Collaborate with development teams to suggest and test new features.
• Test and validate applications to guarantee smooth, error‑free operations.

Required profile

• Problem‑solving mindset with a passion for delivering value through technology.
• Ability to translate client needs into digitised process flows.
• Solid experience in business process design.
• Experience in client support using ticketing systems.
• Team player with a positive, can‑do attitude and strong communication skills.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Fast learner who takes initiative.
