About the role
We are seeking an Executive Business Support professional to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff within our Business Support & Facilities team. This role blends front‑office reception duties with administrative and facilities coordination to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and efficient workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, manage incoming calls, and coordinate building access.
- Handle daily mail, courier services, and basic procurement tasks.
- Maintain organized document filing systems and support internal teams with administrative requests.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, ensure cleanliness, set up equipment, and replenish supplies.
- Provide client hospitality, including refreshments and presentation standards.
- Liaise with service providers, monitor office supplies, keep records, and ensure compliance with workplace policies.
Required profile
- Professional demeanor with strong customer‑service orientation.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
