Executive - Client Onboarding Services

About the role

The Executive – Client Onboarding Services will lead the incorporation and bank‑account opening processes for our corporate clients, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to active client. You will act as the primary point of contact, delivering high‑quality service while supporting compliance and live‑work permit applications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage company incorporation and bank account opening for new clients.
• Assist in the takeover of existing client files and ensure accurate documentation.
• Prepare and submit applications for live‑work permits.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to the Compliance team when required.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Handle difficult situations diplomatically and build trust with clients.

Required profile

• Degree holder in a relevant field or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven experience in the global business sector.
• Strong understanding of regulations governing global business services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with a keen eye for detail.
