Executive - Corporate Administrator

About the role

The Executive Corporate Administrator will support the Board and senior management by ensuring smooth governance processes, statutory compliance, and efficient administration of client companies. This role is based at our Ebene office and involves close interaction with regulators, financial institutions, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Organise Board meetings, prepare comprehensive Board packs and attend meetings to capture action points.
• Draft simple and complex minutes and resolutions, and maintain statutory registers for multiple entities.
• Handle statutory filings with the Registrar of Companies and conduct due‑diligence in line with local regulations.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with Mauritian and international laws, internal control procedures, and respond to regulatory queries.
• Oversee client operations, including opening and monitoring bank, custodian and broker accounts, processing payment instructions, and maintaining accounting records.
• Coordinate with authorities such as the FSC, MRA, ROC and other service providers.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the reporting line.

Required profile

• Degree in Management, Business Management, International Business or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar corporate administration or governance role within the global business sector.
• Strong knowledge of corporate statutory requirements and board administration processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
