Executive - Fund Accounting

About the role

We are seeking an Executive in Fund Accounting to manage the full spectrum of fund accounting activities, including the preparation of annual and periodic accounts, audit support, and tax data compilation. The role combines technical accounting expertise with client relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review annual and periodic financial statements for funds.
• Coordinate audit processes and provide necessary documentation.
• Compile data required for tax declarations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Manage complex client matters while mentoring less experienced team members.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and fulfill KYC obligations accurately.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements to enhance team efficiency and performance.

Required profile

• Degree holder or partial qualification in ACCA or ACA.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience preparing or reviewing financial statements.
• Strong knowledge of advanced accounting standards, including IFRS and relevant GAAPs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
