About the role
The Risk and Reputation Office Executive supports the monitoring of reputation‑risk events, conducts risk assessments, and assists the legal and compliance team with contract drafting and regulatory research. The role bridges risk management, legal compliance, and stakeholder communication to protect the firm’s brand and legal standing.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and screen potential reputation‑risk events such as adverse media mentions, stakeholder complaints, and third‑party alerts.
- Support regular risk assessments of processes, vendors and events that could impact the firm’s reputation.
- Maintain databases, logs and tools for compliance tracking and prepare management dashboards.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing and amending contracts, legal notices and other documentation.
- Research applicable laws, regulations and compliance requirements (local and international).
- Monitor regulatory developments, advise on implications and help implement required changes.
- Collaborate with business units, audit, risk and communications teams to gather information and facilitate investigations.
- Support the Legal/Compliance Manager with incident reporting, documentation filing and training material preparation.
Required profile
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent) – fresh graduates may be considered.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a legal or compliance role.
- Excellent written and verbal English and French.
- Strong analytical, research and writing abilities with high attention to detail.
- High level of integrity, ethical awareness and professional judgement.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
