Facilities & Logistics Officer

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Facilities & Logistics Officer to oversee daily employee transport operations and manage office facilities, assets, and logistics. The role ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations, timely issue resolution, cost optimisation, and compliance with safety standards while coordinating with employees, vendors, and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, compile and share daily inbound and outbound transport plans with service providers.
• Optimize transport efficiency, reduce costs and handle ad‑hoc transport requests, including visitor and VIP transport.
• Manage employee transport complaint platform and deliver training on transport applications.
• Maintain office stock of consumables, non‑IT equipment, mobile devices, SIM cards and stationery, keeping accurate records.
• Coordinate equipment reception, distribution, pickups and deliveries, including outdoor logistics.
• Authorize and track key issuance, manage meeting‑room bookings and support event‑related facilities needs.
• Oversee on‑site servicing, maintenance and repairs of office equipment, infrastructure and company vehicles, ensuring proper functioning of HVAC, lighting, plumbing, etc.
• Identify and implement cost‑saving measures in maintenance, inventory and security management.
• Plan and supervise office space allocation, moves and reconfigurations.
