Field Auditor – On-site Audits in Port Louis

About the role

The Field Auditor is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Port Louis. You will conduct audits at client locations, review operational and financial records, verify compliance with policies, and produce clear, structured reports.

Key responsibilities

• Perform field audits at client sites, examining transactions and processes.
• Identify inconsistencies, risks, and recommend corrective actions to improve controls.
• Interact with client teams to gather information, clarify observations, and provide guidance on best practices.
• Follow established audit methodologies, meet deadlines, and support continuous improvement of audit tools and processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical, communication, troubleshooting, customer service, and training skills.
• Relevant experience in auditing, compliance, finance or operations, preferably on‑site.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and maintain high attention to detail.
• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated integrity, discretion and ethical handling of confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software.
• Experience using data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with audit or ERP systems.
