Finance & Strategy Associate

About the role

The Finance & Strategy Associate will support financial decision‑making for Cim Finance’s Cards and Payments business. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will analyze profitability, model new opportunities and help shape pricing, product development and cost‑optimization strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for acquiring and issuing activities.
• Conduct financial and strategic analysis of new business opportunities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and P&L management for the Cards portfolio.
• Prepare business presentations and perform competitor benchmarking.
• Provide data‑driven insights for strategy, pricing and performance improvement.
• Analyze existing and new products to identify profitability enhancements.
• Monitor key performance indicators and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT and other teams on projects and campaigns.
• Identify and contribute to cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely task completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Strategy or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in the banking or payments industry.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and extracting insights.
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning and communication skills.
