Financial Analyst – Healthcare Sector

About the role

C-Care International is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its corporate office in Mauritius. Reporting to the Manager of Internal Control, the analyst will provide financial analysis and insights that support decision‑making, budget monitoring, and performance improvement across the group’s healthcare facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts and medium‑term financial plans.
• Consolidate budget inputs, challenge assumptions and prepare budget templates.
• Analyse actual performance versus budget, forecast and prior periods; highlight risks and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly management reports, dashboards and performance packs.
• Analyse revenue, gross contribution, OPEX, payroll, margins and key operating indicators.
• Track action plans, prepare departmental P&L reports and analyse cost per department, ward or service line.
• Support cost‑control initiatives for consumables, drugs, stock, payroll and overheads.
• Benchmark performance across business units and share improvement opportunities.
• Validate data accuracy between HIS, ERP and finance reports; build Excel models and analytical tools.
• Assist month‑end closing, reconciliations and audit documentation.
