Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager will lead all F&B outlets at Attitude Hotels, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while embedding the company’s People First philosophy. You will shape service standards, drive financial performance, and nurture a multicultural team in a vibrant resort environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, lounges, banquet venues and room service, ensuring compliance with SOPs, hygiene standards and brand guidelines.
• Engage with guests on the floor, handle feedback, and implement service recovery initiatives to continuously improve satisfaction scores.
• Develop and execute pricing, upselling and promotional strategies to maximise revenue.
• Monitor and control food‑and‑beverage costs, inventory, salary and overtime budgets, and produce regular financial reports.
• Lead recruitment, training, scheduling and performance evaluation of a multicultural F&B team.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu engineering, presentation standards and quality consistency.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in hotel or resort F&B operations.
• Strong commitment to people‑first culture, employee engagement and legal compliance.
• Ability to adapt corporate values to local Mauritian culture while maintaining brand integrity.
• Excellent communication and guest‑centric problem‑solving skills.
