Full-Stack Engineer, SRE, or DevOps Engineer for SaaS Platform

About the role

DuoKey, a fast‑growing international cybersecurity company, is expanding its engineering hub in Mauritius and is looking for experienced software engineers to join its SaaS platform team. Depending on your background you can work as a Full‑Stack Engineer (Rust/React), a Platform DevOps Engineer, or a Site Reliability Engineer.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement full‑stack features using Rust for backend services and React for frontend interfaces.
• Build secure APIs, UI components and workflows, and ensure quality with automated tests.
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure with Terraform, and operate Kubernetes‑based environments.
• Support multi‑region, multi‑cloud deployments on AWS and/or GCP, and implement monitoring, logging and alerting solutions.
• Define SLOs/SLIs, implement observability (metrics, tracing, logging), and automate incident detection and remediation.
• Collaborate with product, design, and SRE teams, participate in on‑call rotations and contribute to architecture discussions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in full‑stack development, DevOps/platform engineering, or site reliability engineering.
• Strong Linux fundamentals and a production‑oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP) and cross‑functional teamwork.
• Ownership mindset and strong sense of responsibility.
