Fund Accountant – Private Equity (Mauritius)

About the role

We are looking for a Fund Accountant to join our team in Trianon, Mauritius. The role focuses on private equity fund accounting, NAV reporting and financial statement preparation, supporting our global fund administration business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare NAV reporting packs for private equity funds as required by clients.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual accounts/financial statements.
• Liaise with auditors to ensure timely audit completion.
• Handle transfer agency transactions when needed.
• Maintain overall client relationships, respond to inquiries and attend meetings.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the fund industry.
• ACCA qualified, partially qualified or equivalent professional qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with fund accounting software such as Investran, Efront, Paxus or Allvue is an advantage.
• Strong time‑management and organisational abilities, able to meet tight deadlines.
• Team player with good interpersonal communication skills.
