About the role
We are seeking a highly qualified Non‑Key Expert to integrate gender equality and social inclusion considerations across the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme, ensuring inclusive participation, gender‑responsive implementation and equitable access to opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Integrate gender equality and social inclusion considerations throughout programme activities.
- Ensure inclusive participation and gender‑responsive implementation of project components.
- Develop gender analyses, sex‑disaggregated indicators and facilitate inclusive stakeholder participation.
- Provide training and gender‑responsive communication to partners and beneficiaries.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in gender studies, social sciences, development studies or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in gender equality, social inclusion and international cooperation.
- At least 4 years designing and applying gender‑responsive approaches in donor‑funded programmes.
- Familiarity with EU external‑action gender policy and experience in Africa (asset).
