About the role

We are seeking dynamic fresh graduates to start their professional careers in the reinsurance sector. The role offers exposure to risk analysis, client servicing, business development and international markets, with practical training on both technical and commercial aspects of reinsurance broking.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior analysts in evaluating insurance risks and preparing reinsurance proposals.
• Support client servicing activities, including data collection and report preparation.
• Contribute to business development initiatives by researching market trends and potential partners.
• Participate in training sessions covering reinsurance fundamentals and commercial practices.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a BSc in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related quantitative discipline.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
