Group Accounts Manager

About the role

The Group Accounts Manager will report to the Group Chief of Accounts and lead the preparation of complex consolidated and stand‑alone financial statements for the Axian Group Holding Companies. This senior position ensures compliance with IFRS, supports tax reporting, and coordinates the accounting team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements under IFRS for the Group.
• Produce timely management accounts for each holding company.
• Reconcile inter‑company balances monthly and implement robust reconciliation processes.
• Lead accounting system implementation projects.
• Prepare and review tax computations, file annual and quarterly tax returns, and monitor tax regimes.
• Assist auditors during fieldwork and address queries on financial statements.
• Coach, train, and supervise accounting team members.
• Perform any other related duties as required.

Required profile

• Accounting degree or substantial progress toward ACCA/ACA qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in an audit firm.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capacity to meet tight deadlines.
