About the role
We are seeking a Growth Content Marketer specialized in social media to turn content into measurable leads. The role goes beyond simple posting, focusing on performance‑driven strategies that attract expats and high‑net‑worth individuals and convert interest into qualified leads.
Key responsibilities
- Ideate and create lead magnets on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads and X.
- Plan and publish posts designed to generate direct responses such as DMs or sign‑ups.
- Track and analyse which pieces of content drive actual leads, not just views or likes.
- Continuously refine the content strategy based on performance data.
Required profile
- Proven experience in growth‑focused content marketing and lead generation.
- Ability to think in funnel terms and design content that moves prospects toward conversion.
- Comfort working remotely in a full‑time capacity.
