Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands. As a Growth Marketer you will help the company reach target brands, turning awareness into sign‑ups, leads and customers. The role is hands‑on and entrepreneurial, giving you the freedom to experiment and own the growth engine.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or multiple growth channels end‑to‑end, from strategy to execution and performance reporting.
• Generate leads and drive sign‑ups through paid ads, SEO, outbound outreach, referrals and other tactics.
• Run rapid experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers; discontinue under‑performing ideas and scale winners.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, automation and speed.
• Design and optimise landing pages and funnels to maximise conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and prioritising growth initiatives.
• Track all metrics, analyse data and communicate clear insights about what works.

• Strong hunger to become an expert growth marketer.
• Comfortable working independently, setting goals and figuring out how to achieve them.
• Analytical mindset with confidence in data, attribution and turning insights into actions.
