Guest Services Attendant

About the role

As a Guest Services Attendant at Four Seasons Resort Mauritius, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless experience from arrival to departure. You will support guests with luggage, transportation, and directions, embodying the brand’s commitment to luxury hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and assist with arrivals and departures.
• Help with loading and unloading luggage for limousines, taxis, and guest vehicles.
• Provide directions and escort guests to check‑in areas, villas, or resort facilities.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work environment and adhere to safety and grooming standards.
• Participate in briefings, trainings, and support colleagues during busy periods.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine passion for guest service.
• Strong teamwork orientation and willingness to assist colleagues.
• Ability to follow hotel code of conduct, grooming, and hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal communication in English.
• Basic physical ability to handle luggage and assist with guest transportation.
