Head of Invoicing, EMEA

About the role

The Head of Invoicing, EMEA will lead a newly unified invoicing function across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will shape strategy, governance and a standardized control framework while preparing for future ERP integration.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own end‑to‑end invoicing strategy, policies and procedures for the EMEA region.
• Build, lead and develop a high‑performing, multi‑location team, ensuring clear direction and performance management.
• Partner with Finance leadership, Regional CFO and operational teams to resolve escalations and improve billing discipline.
• Drive invoicing excellence by improving accuracy, timeliness, completeness and dispute resolution, delivering insight‑led performance reporting.
• Lead transformation initiatives, including ERP standardisation and broader systems and process changes.

Required profile

• Significant experience in invoicing, billing, order‑to‑cash or revenue operations, with proven leadership across multiple countries.
• Successful track record of leading process, policy, systems or ERP transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Fluent English; French language skills and a professional finance qualification are a plus.
