Head Therapist

About the role

The Head Therapist will support the Assistant Spa Manager in leading the spa and yoga team at Constance Belle Mare Plage. This senior position combines spa operations oversight with daily yoga instruction, ensuring high‑quality guest experiences and a safe, motivated work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Spa Manager in managing and growing the spa team at all levels.
• Implement operation manuals, training programmes and performance evaluations.
• Monitor service standards, safety procedures and operational opportunities.
• Maintain accurate employee records and training results.
• Lead induction for new team members and respond to resort emergencies.
• Plan, conduct and promote daily 60‑minute yoga sessions (morning and evening) for guests and staff.
• Integrate yoga activities into the resort’s team‑member programme.
• Prioritise spa duties over other requests while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in the hotel or resort industry.
• At least 2 years experience in spa or wellness management (implied from duties).
• Middle or secondary education with additional training or certificates in relevant fields.
• Aesthetics or physiotherapy certificate is a plus.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
